Sales Manager (B2B Advertising Solutions)

PROWTECH’s products include LED displays, billboards, transit media, retail media, and O2O2O solutions. As part of our continued commercial expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and strengthening its market position. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to combine hands-on sales execution with team leadership and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting SMEs and key accounts in media, advertising, and digital sectors

– Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team, owning team revenue targets and client development

– Coach, mentor, and support team members in client acquisition, solution selling, and deal closing

– Participate in and lead internal training sessions to elevate team capabilities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners

– Track sales performance, monitor pipeline progress, and report regularly to the Sales Director

– Contribute strategic ideas to support business growth and market expansio

Job requirements

Ideal Profile

– Bachelor’s degree or above

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role within Advertising, Media, OOH, or Digital industries

– Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

– Commercially driven with passion for sales and team development

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekends off)
