About the Role

As Sales Director, you will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, expand strategic partnerships with agencies and brands, and drive Prowtech’s market expansion. You will be responsible for defining commercial strategies, elevating team capabilities, and delivering strong, sustainable revenue performance.

We are looking for a visionary sales leader who is both strategic and hands-on—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving media environment and is excited to influence the next stage of Prowtech’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Prowtech’s overall sales strategy and revenue roadmap
  • Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent delivery across the sales team
  • Identify market opportunities to strengthen Prowtech’s competitive positioning
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing commercial team (Sales Managers & Sales Executives)
  • Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and coaching frameworks to build sales excellence
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major brands, advertising agencies, and strategic partners
  • Lead high-value negotiations, major client pitches, and enterprise-level deals
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling strategies across Prowtech’s media portfolio
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams on client solutions and market activation
  • Provide commercial insights to support product innovation and new service development
  • Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company-wide strategic priorities
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and budget planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in Media, Advertising, Digital, or OOH
  • Strong network with agencies, brand marketers, and enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and scaling commercial teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution
  • High level of professionalism and leadership presence

Working Hours
