- Job descriptions:
– Lead the Finance team with direct management responsibility for its functions.
– Ensure compliance with all statutory and Group requirements in Vietnam, including taxes, monthly and annual financial reporting, maintaining accurate accounting records.
– Manage all financial processes, controls, and procedures, including the management monthly reports, quarterly audit reports, year- end close process, and acting as the main contact for external auditors and Group teams.
– Prepare and review financial reports for the Group both in VAS and IFRS.
– Oversee financial management, monitor financial results, and provide business support to drive profitability, manage costs, and optimize cash flows.
– Oversee cash management, including cash forecasts and operational cash flows.
– Manage and develop a high-performing finance team with a focus on technical excellence, professional standards and timely delivery.
– Engage, develop, mentor, and motivate staff to reach their potential and achieve team/firm goals.
- Requirements:
– Strong financial and strategic leadership skills.
– Broad experience in financial management, including statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.
– Expertise in cash management and working capital optimization.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
